WHAT DRESSES A CHRISTMAS TREE?

WHAT DRESSES A CHRISTMAS TREE?

It stands alone, naked in the cold, windy, night,

Take it home and dress it full of life, tonight.

How about a star for a hat, colorful and bright,

Strings of beautifully colored lights cover it alright.

Ornaments of various color hide its nakedness so tight,

Tasty candy canes hang from branches around the tree,

A stand at the bottom hold it up like feet, this tree of height,

What dresses a Christmas tree? all that we may dream.
