A WALK IN THE SNOW AGAIN

A WALK IN THE SNOW AGAIN

I seek the quiet peace, alone with my thoughts,

The rising sun feels warm as the cold is not done.

The trees are still, branches of white,

Not much sound, a deer walking along the snowy trail.

The chill overpowers the rays from the sky,

Winter follows me on my morning adventure.

This heaven of solitude away from it all,

Is company enough for a man whom takes a walk in the snow.

Nature is a pleasant sight if the beauty is seen through the wandering eyes,

I don’t feel so all alone as a walk in the snow has touched my soul.
