Speak he could not and was referred too as the wild boy,
Treated so inhumane, less than an animal was this boy.
Caged and put on display, his value was limited to the world,
Escaped from his lonely existence, rescued by a kind hearted soul.
There were those whom wanted him put away, locked back in a cage,
No! this outside world did not care or try to understand, so very cruel.
To say more with one’s heart was this boy with a hidden smile,
His eyes showed much love for mankind, could he have this in return.
Not a wild boy as was created by a black soul, a giving, wanting young man,
To say more with one’s heart is quite a gift, he found love in his world.
