WHEN THERE IS NOTHING
When the trees are gone, and the mountains disappear,
The waterfalls stop, and the birds are nevermore here.
The sand blows away from our beaches, no waves we may see,
Lakes will dry up, no more butterflies for all to love and be.
Remember the rivers that flow to the oceans, not an ocean to see,
Islands of this world are all gone, just as what was the seven seas.
What happens to the Earth when there is nothing left to see?
Does it disappear in the air, are we no more ever to be?
When there is nothing, is nothing a possibility? I can not see,
Nothing is nothing; we will go away into eternity.
Keith Garrett
When all that’s left are the, memories, there’s no more future for us to, look, forward into, and, we only have, the regrets, piling up from our, pasts, it’ll be the end of us for, sure.
