Ponder do I, my thoughts, examine that which lies inside,

The living memory bank, a computer that does not stop.

Not a dreamstate is the state of mind,

Too be of strength in consciousness, positive and sure.

A superior state of mind, possibilities unlimited,

Mind and spirit are one, they can not be touched.

Painful thoughts, a soul of sickness cries,

Weak and unsure that all may be right.

Too worry about that which does not exist or happen,

Afraid of a mind that speaks out to you, lies.

Emotional scars or trauma, what eats you inside,

Hold onto strength, let go of weakness that’s false and not alive.

It’s your state of mind, it’s all about your state of mind.
