To all whom read my poetry
And all writers and friends.
Today I was informed by my
Attorney that We won, victory.
Against Armstrong garden center’s
My lawsuit for multiple trauma
Injuries and a psyche charge.
Now for the rest of my life.
A little peace now after two years.
Thanks for reading.
Keith Garrett

Great news! It’s great when you struggle for ages and then finally win and you realise it is the worth the struggle. I had a brain haemorrhage 20 years ago which required resultant inpatient psychiatric treatment. I was in hospital and my employer made me redundant. I took them to Court under The Disability Discrimination Act (UK) 1995. I was on the stand for 6 days. I won. My employer was the National Health Service. I was very proud of myself for not lying down and letting them get away with it. I then trained Social Workers. And nine years ago I became a full-time poet.
The legal system in our country never makes very much ink when David beats Goliath. I think all the TV, Newspapers and internet are all Goliath’s. Glad you made a deal.
I came out pretty well. now one more piece of the puzzle.
