A POEM TODAY

A POEM TODAY

Thoughts, many sights from my mind, visions from the past,

Dreams about tomorrow, what may be, a poem today.

To write is a beautiful thing, whatever you want it to be,

Change the world with a stroke of a pen, fact or fantasy begins.

Share with those whom do write and dream, those who do see,

Share our stories together as we travel the world and universe.

We have the ability to take ourselves and others away to unusual places,

A poem today about the love between two, the sun and moon.

Hopes and dreams, struggles and pain of life, what keeps us strong,

A poem today that puts a smile on a face, comfort and strength for a moment.

A PERFECT CRIME

A PERFECT CRIME

They think that they are of something unique,

No one ever is watching, no one sees they think.

They plot and they plan, not so logical, woman or man,

Thoughts that roam their scary, sick minds,

They act calm and kind as they plan ones demise.

A perfect crime of many sorts fill the criminal minds,

They seem not to worried about being caught at the time.

Going on with their deeds believing they will always be free,

When they plan a perfect crime, what is in their minds.

MYSTICAL DREAM

MYSTICAL DREAM

I was dazed and confused, sick again,

It was nobody’s fault but mine, to much custard pie.

During the battle of evermore, down by the seaside eating a tangerine,

I lived in good times, bad times, i had friends whom died.

Traveled did i to the houses of the holy, i was the rover,

Ten years gone by now, how many more times for war.

I visited the black mountain side, there she stood a black country woman,

A mean black dog she had by the name of Kashmir.

She took a walk with me out on the tiles, a night flight,

For your life you had to fight, live by the laws of the land or see the gallows pole.

In the light her eyes were bright, that’s the way she looked,

I said i can’t quit you baby since I’ve been loving you.

I found four sticks down by the ocean, a cross for both of us,

In my time of dying this was a celebration day,

Babe I’m gonna leave you, i see my stairway to heaven.

MYTHICAL TALES

MYTHICAL TALES

Castles of knights so long ago, a far off land, a sword in a stone,

Dragons that fly across the sky, fire they breathe, burns the night.

Wizards dressed in robes of black, stars and moons on their backs,

Spells from a book, potions brewed up special in a pot of fire so black.

Sorcerer’s that cast upon the land an evil presence of giants so bad,

Legends of stories told from times of so old, kings and queens, guillotines.

Mythical tales and magical scenes only dreamed from minds of fairytale stories,

Possibly, Imaginations so real that just maybe once upon a time in another world.

Mythical tales from generation to generation, a place of old England,

Were there things once so real turned to tales and not believed again.

IN MY DYING TIMES

IN MY DYING TIMES

Whispering words into the wind, there’s nobody listening,

Alone again finding a place where i might belong in time.

I am a spirit, i am this body and soul seeking my understanding,

Many times i have died but never enough to make it to the other side.

Lost emotionally, my heart taken away but never physically beaten,

Cried have i over the death of many things loved and now gone.

Die do we slowly in many different ways, do we have to cry,

In my dying times I’ve rissen up from the pain of rejection.

The feel of hurt to my flesh and bones is no sorrow for me,

My inner being can only withstand so much more agony.

My emotions written down, taken from within this shell,

This heart heals as i rid myself of these tears, dirty tears.

In my dying times remembered always in my mind,

Learn the secret of your own happiness, learn to live.

Like every season in which death is a constant reality,

All forms of life disappear, they vanish into another time.

In my dying times i live on, in my dying times i have grown.

MR! CAN YOU SPARE A DIME?

MR, CAN YOU SPARE A DIME?

I am a human being, Dirty are usually my clothes,

Don’t judge me by the way i look, i have something to say.

I was born to this world equal to all other women and men,

The road we’re on isn’t always our road chosen but we move on.

Many days and nights experiencing life have made me who i am,

Choices of my own desire, mistakes of foolishness have put me where i stand.

Did i try not hard enough, perhaps my brain did not have a steady plan,

Inside of me there exists a heart of a human, treat me like i matter if you can.

Mr, can you spare me a dime? I’ll be forever grateful whether you believe it or not,

To you a dime is nothing, wondering do you what this coin can possibly do for me.

A collection from this as the embarrassment may not show helps me greatly, thank you,

Mr, can you spare a dime? If so then my day will be fine, Mr, can you spare a dime.?

MAY I HAVE A DRINK OF WATER

MAY I HAVE A DRINK OF WATER?

In search of water, will i have to travel any further,

The Summer is quite hot and i am very thirsty.

For granted we have taken the rain that fills the lakes,

See the lakes as they sink lower, a hole in the ground one day.

The waterfalls so beautiful fall down with cool splashes we see,

Watch as they trickle, drying up, no more will they be but a dream.

Rivers and streams are places of beauty that never cease to be,

Take a look as before your eyes they slowly dry and go forever away.

May i have a drink of water,? will it ever again rain, what happend to the rain,?

If ever again a cloud in the sky, pray that drops of water don’t pass us by.

I’M SORRY BUT, IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO GO

I’M SORRY BUT,

IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO GO.

I’m sorry if I ever offended you, sorry If I brought you tears,

I hope you will forever remember me as we shared the best of years.

I laughed with you just as you all showed me your laughing faces,

We spent our time together, remember those childish places.

Forgive me if I ever made you sad, there were times I made you smile,

You were the best of friends, we’ll get together again in just a little while.

I’m sorry but, it was time for me to go, My show is over, catch me on another road,

I really wish I could have said goodbye, I gave my life to all of you, everything I showed.

I left a piece of me throughout that Yorba Linda land, I was once an innocent child,

A lifetime left some pain and scars, I had so much fun with you, I ran for years so wild.

Please think of me as I will always remember you, I’m close within your graspping hand,

I am not sad with this smiling face, I know what it is you have planned, I am upon the land.

MORE THAN A MEMORY

MORE THAN A MEMORY

You drift backwards as I move forward in time,

Existed for but a moment in this world of mine.

You were so very real, more than a memory,

Our distance will come together, again we will meet,

A smile on your face, you meant so much to me.

More than a memory, personality, heart, and soul,

You once walked this land, my father from a moment ago.

I AM MORE THAN A NAME

I AM MORE THAN A NAME

We are each and everyone human, being forgotten,

I have a name but I am much more than this I know.

Not so personal is our world anymore, strangers we are,

I am more than a name, a number, or identification.

A person that has no face or personality to the system,

I am here to let you know that I am real and alive.

I am more than a name, feelings come from within,

Tears are not imaginary, love and hope are daily thoughts.

There is more worth to me than those behind their doors know,

I am more than a name, so much more to say.
